Position Summary
The Stone Care Technician is responsible for the professional restoration, cleaning, polishing, sealing, and repair of natural and engineered stone surfaces. This role plays a key part in delivering the craftsmanship and customer service Hill Country Stone Care is known for.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform grinding, honing, polishing, sealing, and repair work
• Identify stone types and surface conditions
• Operate and maintain stone care equipment
• Protect surrounding surfaces and maintain clean job sites
• Follow company SOPs and safety standards
• Communicate professionally with customersQualifications
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in indoor/outdoor environments
• Willingness to learn technical restoration skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Valid driver’s license preferredCompensation & Schedule
• Pay dependent on experience
• Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 40 hours PTO annually
• 90-day probationary period -
Position Summary
The Crew Chief leads a team of Stone Care Technicians and ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. This position serves as the on-site leader and primary customer contact.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise crew members on job sites
• Conduct pre-job inspections
• Ensure job quality and adherence to SOPs
• Manage customer communication on site
• Enforce safety protocols
• Maintain equipment and vehicles
• Collect payment and ensure client satisfactionQualifications
• Proven leadership ability
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to manage workflow and deadlines
• Valid driver’s license requiredCompensation & Schedule
• Pay dependent on experience
• Monday–Friday, typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 40 hours PTO annually
